Konzumirajte samo šaku sirovih semenki bundeve tokom mesec dana i gledajte kako bore sa vašeg lica nestaju.

Semenke bundeve su izuzetno zdrave. Sadrže: cink i kalcijum, kalijum i selen, magnezijum i natrijum, gvožđe i magnan, fosfor. Pored toga sadrže i vitamine B, A, E, C, K, D i razne kiseline.

Najzdravije je da jedete sirove semenke bundeve, jer termičkom obradom uništava se sva njihova vrednost.

Ukolik nemate problem sa težinom, dozvoljeno je da dnevno pojedete do 100 grama semenki bundeve, a ako patite od prekomerne težine ograničite se na 30 grama dnevnog unosa semenki.

Ovaj tretman sprovedite pet punih dana. Pošto crvi mogu da se "vrate" i ponovo razviju u crevima, ponovite ovaj tretman za mesec dana.
